Upon retreating inside, polished timber floor boards enhance the beachside feel, and with two lounge areas, along with a functioning wood fireplace, theres room to both separate and snuggle! Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iPod dock, board games & air conditioning leaves nothing to be desired, with all the essentials plus more to relax & unwind. The stunning kitchen, central to the home, provides an entertainers dream, with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, & a multitude of appliances, crockery, serving ware & glassware. Completing the downstairs area is the stunning oversized master bedroom, with a generous bathroom complete with a freestanding bath, double vanity & beautiful plantation shutters, looking over the Queensized bed and through the picturesque windows to the greenery outside. Cridp white linen & fluffy towels adorn all rooms.
Upstairs & past the well-equipped laundry, 3 more generous bedrooms await, with 2 Queen sized rooms & 1 King size room leaving plenty of room for the whole group to unpack & enjoy. Large built in wardrobes & fans make for a more than comfortable stay, with an air conditioning unit in the communal stairwell to service the rooms too &the bathroom hosting both a bath & shower.
Whilst a carport, single garage & driveway parking gives plenty of space for the cars, the central location of Mojo means you can simply park & leave them during your stay; as well as the rolling waves of the beach being literally at your doorstep, the bustling main street of Sawtell, alive with cafes, restaurants, pub, boutique shopping & cinemas is a few minutes walk away too.

Key Collection: Please note that all Sawtell properties managed by Nolans Holidays require key collection from our office, located at 9 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.
All Coffs Harbour properties require key collection from our Coffs Harbour office, located at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.
Outside of business hours, all keys will be placed in the After Hours lock box at the respective office. Please contact our office direct on 02 6650 0655 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm the key code needed for access.
