With crisp neutral tones throughout, well-considered & comfortable furnishings & space to accommodate 5, this brick & tile home offers comfort throughout both winter & summer, with remote controlled ceiling fans & a radiant heater included. Capitalising on the southern orientation, the spacious outdoor undercover deck is the perfect spot for relaxing with a drink whilst firing up the electric BBQ.


For the cooler nights or exhausting days, Wi-Fi is on offer, with connections to Apple TV & Netflix. A generous kitchen central to the villa offers electric stove/oven cooking, full sized fridge, & appliances & storage aplenty. With full crisp, white linen provided (as well as a washing machine), there truly is nothing to do but pull into the carport, unpack, relax & enjoy!

Key Collection: Please note that all Sawtell properties managed by Nolans Holidays require key collection from our office, located at 9 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.

All Coffs Harbour properties require key collection from our Coffs Harbour office, located at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

Outside of business hours, all keys will be placed in the After Hours lock box at the respective office. Please contact our office direct on 02 6650 0655 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm the key code needed for access.

Please note valid credit card details will be held on file & automatically charged should there be any additional charges or damages incurred during your stay.
