Newly constructed, the complex houses 4 sophisticated & truly luxurious apartments, each providing a true sense of paradisal & private living, whilst enjoying prime positioning in the middle of Sawtell village.

Taking advantage of its elevated position overlooking Sawtell’s main street, each apartment has been meticulously designed to ensure it captures every glimmer of sunlight throughout the day; high ceilings, multiple balconies & glass sliding doors bring the outside in, with the soft-glow lighting, ducted air-conditioning, tactile furnishings & twinkling lights of First Avenue making the most of the evenings year round.   

Memories will be made in the generous open plan kitchen & living, with stone-topped benches, stainless steel appliances & bench seating providing the perfect backdrop for fun family breakfasts or night-time entertaining, with all the necessary appliances supplied to ensure all types of culinary creations are catered to. For those that enjoy simple relaxation, the Italian leather lounge suite & plush armchairs let you divulge in the lap of luxury, with Smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout.

Each spacious bedroom is fitted with high end cabinetry, beautifully furnished & adorned with premium bedding, topped with crisp, fresh, white linen. All King beds are able to be separated into 2 Long Singles, catering for all. Completing the luxury feel, the complex enjoys both lift & stair access from the undercover secure garage to the landing area.

Key Collection: Please note that all Sawtell properties managed by Nolans Holidays require key collection from our office, located at 9 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.

All Coffs Harbour properties require key collection from our Coffs Harbour office, located at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

Outside of business hours, all keys will be placed in the After Hours lock box at the respective office. Please contact our office direct on 02 6650 0655 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm the key code needed for access.

Please note valid credit card details will be held on file & automatically charged should there be any additional charges or damages incurred during your stay.
