This newly built four bedroom house is ideal for families or if you are bringing grandma and poppy with you. A two storey home but with main living and one bedroom on the ground floor. Open plan living leads to undercover BBQ area, which gets the winter sun. High ceilings and tiled floors throughout the living areas mean this home stays cool in summer whilst you relax & enjoy the modern inclusions, such as fast NBN broadband.
Downstairs bedroom with queen bed. Third bathroom is also on this level.
Kitchen has dishwasher and walk in pantry.
Internal access from double garage.
Upstairs are three other bedrooms and a second living area. Ensuite and walk in robe off the main bedroom and built in robes in other bedrooms. Main bathroom with bath also upstairs.
Beach shower attached to the outside of the house.
The address is on First Avenue but this house is at the back of the block, with entry off Kidd Lane, ensuring you are not on the main street
Only a short stroll to the beach and almost level walk cafes, speciality shops & all that Sawtell has to offer

All Coffs Harbour properties require key collection from our Coffs Harbour office, located at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

Outside of business hours, all keys will be placed in the After Hours lock box at the respective office. Please contact our office direct on 02 6650 0655 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm the key code needed for access.

Please note valid credit card details will be held on file & automatically charged should there be any additional charges or damages incurred during your stay.
