A luxury two bedroom apartment, the property is air conditioned for your comfort. The spacious courtyard enjoys full morning sun, with a covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ (gas provided), lock-up garage (plus on-street parking), ceiling fans and other mod-cons.
The open plan living apartment is fitted throughout with quality furnishings. The spacious kitchen features white granite bench tops, modern stainless steel appliances throughout including dishwasher and oven. It is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, refrigerator and essentials, with the lounge enhancing your relaxing stay with fully connected Smart TV and Wi-Fi. There are 4 Tolix retro bar stools provided for kitchen island dining inside.
Two large bedrooms, master fitted with queen size bed and built-in robes, the second fitted with two single beds with built-in robes. Quality bed linen and luxurious towels will complete your holiday experience. Beach towels not provided. The master bedroom is also fitted with an LED TV. We are located in a quiet area for your relaxing stay.
The modern bathroom with shower has a separate toilet as well as a top loading washing machine and dryer (located in the garage).
An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience to wash off on your return from the beach. There is also a park with BBQ facilities, alternative beach access and children's playground only a short walk at the end of Fourth Avenue, and within two minute drive is Boambee Creek Reserve, a popular venue for families. Simply stroll across the road to stunning Sawtell Beach or around the corner to award-winning restaurants, cafes, boutiques, day spa, Sawtell Hotel and RSL Club. With golf courses, fishing, water sports and attractions located nearby, it all adds up to the perfect beachside holiday.
Key Collection: Please note that all Sawtell properties managed by Nolans Holidays require key collection from our office, located at 9 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.
All Coffs Harbour properties require key collection from our Coffs Harbour office, located at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.
Outside of business hours, all keys will be placed in the After Hours lock box at the respective office. Please contact our office direct on 02 6650 0655 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm the key code needed for access.
Please note valid credit card details will be held on file & automatically charged should there be any additional charges or damages incurred during your stay.
