Situated in the prime position of Sawtell, this large, renovated home is surrounded by beautiful greenery & a private garden setting; with an expansive back yard, it's perfect for the older children to play in the trees & rides their bikes on the secured driveway whilst you relax on the overlooking deck with a drink in hand. 

Upstairs comes complete with brand new timber flooring that spans across 3 bedrooms, an open plan & fully equipped kitchen/dining area, and opens onto the undercover deck. The bathroom & laundry are situated on the upper level as well, making the day to day chores a breeze. Downstairs, a very generous media room is the perfect hideaway for children & adults alike, with a large flat screen TV, sound bar, and even a retro drinks bar! An additional two bedrooms downstairs completes this family hideaway, with access into the lush backyard & the fenced driveway area- ample parking for a boat or caravan!

Please note this property is two storey, so is best suited to older children.

Key Collection: Please note that all Sawtell properties managed by Nolans Holidays require key collection from our office, located at 9 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.

All Coffs Harbour properties require key collection from our Coffs Harbour office, located at 321 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

Outside of business hours, all keys will be placed in the After Hours lock box at the respective office. Please contact our office direct on 02 6650 0655 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm the key code needed for access.

Please note valid credit card details will be held on file & automatically charged should there be any additional charges or damages incurred during your stay.
